A1 (lets call it 'Jungle Da Jungle' as per the main sample) is one of those nicely written '94 Jungle/Breakbeat Hardcore tunes, with rolling beats, heavy basslines & some really nice synth & piano breakdowns.A2 (lets call it 'sweetest song' as per the main sample) is a nice 1st track for the set mix, with a really nice intro synth, beats & vox, before rolling down into a dark 'monk chant' backed with well-tight madly chopped up beats & deep subbass over synth backing & a few Ragga 'rub-a-dub' style samples dropped in. Listen for the last 1/4 of the track, the producer really goes to town layering stretched/pitched & chopped breaks really, really well.B1 (lets call it 'Easy Rasta' as per the main sample is the fastest track on the EP...after a light intro brk with a nice bass backer, it rolls into a chopped steppa & rolls in & out into two or three versions of the beat, Ragga vox, rolling snares etc into the nice synth/piano midbreak with a female vox line...very smooth although it's fast.B2 goes for a lot slower rollin steppa (Funky Mule break edited well) style to the tune, light female vocals, subtle bassline backer & rollin snares everywhere. More for the late morning/side room sets.
